What listing models do you offer?

Holiday rental owners:
Currently, we only offer an enquiry-only model for owners. Your rental is listed on our platform for a fixed annual fee, and members are directed to book with you. No commission is charged. Instant booking options are coming soon.

Holiday rental managers:
If you manage 10 or more rentals, we can connect to your PMS via API to sync pricing, availability and property information. Members are directed to book with you, and we charge a low service fee with every booking. Please get in touch with us for more details.

What are your fees?

Our listing fee is £179 plus VAT every 12 months, with a one-off joining fee of £49 plus VAT added to your first payment. These fees cover platform running costs and dedicated support.

Can I still list on other platforms?

Yes, of course. We don’t require exclusivity.

How do I synchronise my calendar?

We use iCal links to sync calendars across platforms. iCal is a universal format, making it quick and simple to keep your booking schedules aligned.

Do I need to offer a discount?

Yes, please. We ask hosts to provide a meaningful discount to ensure our members always receive added value and make escapes more affordable.

Is my PMS integrated?

We are building integrations soon. For now, only iCal sync is available for availability.

What control do I have?

You always stay in full control of your rental, including your rates, availability and booking terms.

How do members book?

Members discover your listing on our platform, then click through to your website to book directly using their exclusive discount code.
